How can I make a booking?

You can make your booking using the booking form "Book order".

How can I know if the studio apartments are available?

In "Book order"

How can I calculate the price of my stay?

In "Book order", you must select dates, and the system offer you prices. Also in the link "Prices and offers"

How can I know that my booking is confirmed?

We will send you your booking confirmation within 8 hours. Your booking will be definite once you have received our confirmation, since the submission of the booking form is subject to all is correct.
If you do not receive our confirmation within the above mentioned period, please contact our customer services department.

Why am I advised to include my mobile phone in the form?

We recommend you to complete the ‘telephone’ field of the booking form as the recipient may not receive the message because it is considered as spam or because the inbox is full. These are two examples that prevent us from contacting our customers. Only in these cases we will send you a notice of such a problem with the request that you provide another email address where we can send your booking confirmation.

Do I have to pay any amount in advance?

Standard bookings: All amount will be charge at arrival.

Non refundable bookings: All amount is charged in credit card when you book.

How do I Know if the bookings are standard or non refundable?

Near room title, in booking form, you can read "free cancellation" for standars or "non refundable bookings".
Can I make the payment without entering my credit card details?

You can make a bank transfer into our bank account. In this case, please send an email to our customer services department and we will provide you with our details.

Is it safe to submit my credit card details?

The data transfer is absolutely safe thanks to our Secure Server, which encrypts all the transmitted information by means of the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) safety protocol.

How can I cancel my booking?

Standard bookings: You can cancel your booking at no extra charge, provided that the cancellation is made no later than 72 hours before your arrival (we will refund the advanced payment). To cancel your booking, you just have to go to the Customer services section and enter the date and the name of the booking in the ‘comments’ field. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation within 24 hours. If you do not receive our confirmation within that period, please contact our Customer services department.

Non refundable bookings: The amount is not refundable.

How can I modify my booking?

To modify your booking, you just have to go to the Customer services section and enter the date, the name and the premises of the booking in the ‘comments’ field. You will receive a confirmation of your modification within 24 hours. If you do not receive our confirmation within that period, please contact our Customer services department.

What is the latest check-in time (if any)?

There is no check-in time limitation. However, please use the ‘comments’ field of the booking form to let us know if your estimated time of arrival is after 6 pm.
